I travel 4 1/2 hours for regular maintenance and excellent service to keep my vehicle in top condition. I always find the employees who check my vehicle in for service to be friendly and very knowledgeable. They never do additional work that may be needed on my vehicle without confirming with me first. It is a very busy time of the year for tire work in Edmonton right now and I was very pleasantly surprised when they told me it would be no problem to repair it today. I was in and out of the dealership in under two hours! Remarkable without an appointment. Troy, the service advisor I dealt with, greeted me and was very friendly and courteous. Only place to take my vehicle! I never fear they are overcharging or doing more than is necessary.
