I have worked with Troy for the last 12 years and his service level keeps exceeding my expectation. I give him 11 out of 10. The last visit I had, he was on the phone ordering my car window part while I was still driving up. He is like Radar from M.A.S.H. He seems to know what you need done and immediately starts working on the service issue. After 12 years he still surprises me going the extra mile for me. He knows my name and greets me whenever I am in there. He would be the biggest reason I would buy another Toyota. It is rare today to find someone who really cares about customer service, so when you find someone like Troy you don't want to deal with anyone else. Good service is what brings clients back, he totally gets that right all the time. Thanks Troy, I look forward to dealing with you another 12 years. More

So whats the big deal, well it took a bit longer than expected but true to their estimate I paid what was quoted. What this means is you have an honest dealership that values a customers business. There are those that would charge an excessive amount and wouldn't care if you came back or filled out a review. Not at Gateway. Really great service, and the car runs smother than expected. Great attention and very nice location. Truly I wont take my car anywhere else and I leave in Sherwood Park.
