When you buy a new vehicle you are also indirectly including the service department in your purchase Just wanted to put a few comments in about Troy . When you buy a new vehicle you are also indirectly including the service department in your purchase thoughts and research. Although we have bought many vehicles from this dealership one of the prime reasons we continue too over the years is the relationship we have with Troy Vinthers he inspires confidence when you bring your vehicle in for service , sometimes mistakes are made or other issues but how he deals with them and corrects them is very professional. As well he is very good with very picky customers which I happen to be and I appreciate his thoroughness. Troy is exceptional in his position , as a side note this service department has as a whole one of the best service departments in the city ,advisers , mechanic,s as a whole and I can say this as we have several different makes of vehicles and take them to there respective dealerships. More

Hanged up on me I came into the dealership to buy a vehicle, after test driving it the sales man Cameron told me the final price and when I wrote on a post it if he c I came into the dealership to buy a vehicle, after test driving it the sales man Cameron told me the final price and when I wrote on a post it if he could go 500 lower he looked at it and chuckled before he trampled the paper in front of me and told me it's final no negotiations. I left the dealership very upset but still like the vehicle and I so I called the sales manager Daniel Moses to let him know, he gave me a new rep Rohan who was okay to start with. After I chose my vehicle and changed back to it again we proceeded to financing. I had to Call several times to get an update on the sales process. The sales man promised to call me several times and did not. Even after I completed signing for my vehicle and getting my financing complete it was not ready for 3 whole days, not clean, not gassed up and a dent that was supposed to be fix was not. Feeling frustrated I called the sales manager who told me now that fixing the dent was not part of the agreement because they agreed to fix it on a the Rav 4 and i switched to a corolla before going back to a rav 4. because i switched back he said it was not part of it. that means the amvic forms where not valid. Daniel Moses told me he has a dent guy coming but he does not know when so it will be be a couple of days, i told him it was not acceptable. after finishing the call, he felt i hanged up on him so called me back to hang up on me (Professional where do they hire these guys) . And proceeded to hang up on me. More

Awesome! I've been taking my car to Gateway Toyota for just about 10 years and every time I'm there the service is outstanding. Yesterday I took my RAV4 in for I've been taking my car to Gateway Toyota for just about 10 years and every time I'm there the service is outstanding. Yesterday I took my RAV4 in for the 64,000km "checkup" and to switch to my winter tires. I dropped my car off at 730am and then took the shuttle to work. Not only did Bonnie keep me apprised of everything that was going on concerning my car (winter tires had leaks, etc), but also when I got back to Gateway that night (around 6pm) to pick up my car one of the shuttle drivers who had seen me in the morning approached me, wondering why I was only now picking up my car; concerned that perhaps Gateway had taken that long to work on my car or that the shuttle driver who had picked me up was extremely tardy. I assured him that no, it had nothing to do with Gateway, I just had a lot of work to do at the office and couldn't get out sooner. I was extremely touched that not only did he recognize me, but that he was concerned enough to ask me. I just wish I read his name tag to tell you who that was! More
