Troy in the service department was very empathetic and ensured that our wait was not long for diagnosis. The follow up service my car was in and out within the early hours of the morning. For a mother of 3, speedy service is key; but to leave the dealership and feel as though I've been treated like their own, to have had all the information of the service explained (right down to drawings of the inner workings, ha) that is enough to always bring my vehicle to Troy.
