Most excellent Gateway always provides me with the highest level of service from the service department, to sales, parts and finance. Truly one of the better dealers Gateway always provides me with the highest level of service from the service department, to sales, parts and finance. Truly one of the better dealerships out there. Recently I purchased a brand new 2016 Tacoma and they delivered, after a slight mix up to which they stepped up to the plate on to correct, the exact truck I wanted. Not the service I was expecting I had bought a vehicle with them previously and had a wonderful experience, so I went back years later to buy my next car. Too many people got involved in the sale and promises were made that I was told had been approved by the manager, but hadn't - too many cooks in the kitchen. When it came time to sign the papers, I was told that what had been promised couldn't be delivered - very unprofessional and surprising based on my previous experience. If I had been left to deal with the one rep and the one manager - they could have saved a lot of confusion, my trust in their dealership, and the sale. I felt bad for Dan and Jay, because they were left to deal with the mess the other sales rep created for them - and my expectations that they now couldn't meet. At the end of the day mistakes were made, but they weren't mine- as a customer I asked all the questions and got answers to what I was looking for - so as a dealership you should have delivered on what was promised despite the miscommunication between your own staff. Very good service, poor location I've experienced very good service here and was impressed they even washed my vehicle. Their prices are better than other Toyota dealers in Edmonton. The only part I disliked is the dealership location. It's just too inconvenient as it is virtually out of town and there is no nearby transit to get to and from on a work day. More

An excellent experience. Courteous and patient people. Our brand new Venza was involved in an accident (other driver at fault) and our vehicle was written off. The dealership replaced our vehicle with the same make, model, colour and options in a very timely fashion. The finance department did everything to ensure that we did not pay any extra charges and it turned out that they had instituted their GEM program and we were able to take full advantage of this cost saving program. Kameel Koya, who handled our financial arrangements (again) was extremely patient with all of our questions and he was so friendly, kind and understanding. He took a great deal of time to ensure that our concerns were fully addressed. More
