Not the service I was expecting I had bought a vehicle with them previously and had a wonderful experience, so I went back years later to buy my next car. Too many people got involved in the sale and promises were made that I was told had been approved by the manager, but hadn't - too many cooks in the kitchen. When it came time to sign the papers, I was told that what had been promised couldn't be delivered - very unprofessional and surprising based on my previous experience. If I had been left to deal with the one rep and the one manager - they could have saved a lot of confusion, my trust in their dealership, and the sale. I felt bad for Dan and Jay, because they were left to deal with the mess the other sales rep created for them - and my expectations that they now couldn't meet. At the end of the day mistakes were made, but they weren't mine- as a customer I asked all the questions and got answers to what I was looking for - so as a dealership you should have delivered on what was promised despite the miscommunication between your own staff. More

Very good service, poor location I've experienced very good service here and was impressed they even washed my vehicle. Their prices are better than other Toyota dealers in Edmonton. The only part I disliked is the dealership location. It's just too inconvenient as it is virtually out of town and there is no nearby transit to get to and from on a work day. More
