Sick of having to fight with a service department I have purchased 8 vehicles in the last 10 years at this dealership. Last vehicle purchased is a 2014 Santa Fe. I live out of town so everytime I take I have purchased 8 vehicles in the last 10 years at this dealership. Last vehicle purchased is a 2014 Santa Fe. I live out of town so everytime I take it in I wait for it. It seems like over the last 2-3 years the service department has fallen apart - it doesn't matter how small or large the repair is there is always a fight. I have extended warranty that includes a rental for repairs when it has to stay overnight - everytime I feel like I have to fight for it. I shouldn't have to this is a service I have paid for. Last repair I took it in for was engine related when I picked it up I knew within a few blocks it wasn't corrected - they are now replacing the engine. wWhen I asked about them arranging the rental vehichle for the duration of the repair they told me the car will be 2 weeks before it's ready and that I can only have a rental for 5 days.....it's warranty why should I be paying for a rental for 11+ days? It doesn't matter if you only want to ask questions their response is always rude. Customer service is non existent. If you have to deal with their service department try Elizabeth as a service advisor she's the only polite one in there More

When I arrived I was immediately asked to start signing things, giving credit application permission, and was even asked to put a deposit down before test driving... The worst experience out of all of the dealerships I visited in Red Deer. I will never be stepping foot in their doors again. We noticed that the car needed some work and they said we couldn't even discuss repairs until after the car was purchased. More

I told them I was looking and wouldn’t be doing a credit application, they told me test drives are only for serious buyers. Needless to say, I left and drove straight to Edmonton Southtown Hyundai where I bought a Santa Fe 2 days later (might want to adjust your definition of serious buyer). This dealership, and I assume all other Gary Moe dealerships, are stuck in the 1970’s. I am like most buyers out there nowadays, I’m informed and know what I want. Their high pressure tactics don’t work anymore. Don’t buy from these sharks. PS look closer at the ‘Five star’ reviews for this dealership..... they are written by employees LOL More

No detail was left explained - answered all my questions and tried to help with the BlueLink issue - that is with the manufacturer not the dealership., AND best of all - kept my budget in mind.
