I can’t believe after I bought a new car and how I’ve been treated in the service department by Nicole my care came in 3 times for a new clean cuz she don’t know how to clean a car for her training is no been treated in the service department by Nicole my care came in 3 times for a new clean cuz she don’t know how to clean a car for her training is not right. My car then needed to be in for replacement seat and how she treated me to get in for that was very rude and no help. A different department in sales is who helped me. I don’t look forward to my oil changes their as I can’t transfer them to another dealership. So sad. More

Worst Dealership Ever!! I would not recommend anyone to go to Gary Moe Hyundai. I brought my 2019 Kona in for an oil change and they damaged my vehicle and did not tell me and then tried to conceal the dam go to Gary Moe Hyundai. I brought my 2019 Kona in for an oil change and they damaged my vehicle and did not tell me and then tried to conceal the damage they did with a paint pen. When I confronted them about the damage they refused to repair it. I was warned by multiple people to never go to Gary Moe Hyundai because they have such a terrible reputation. I can see by all the reviews and their rating that this dealership clearly does not care about their customers or their vehicles. More

Sales awesome. Service sucks I bought a used GMC Canyon here a week ago. Took it for a test drive and everything looked and seemed good. Took it home the next day and found the he I bought a used GMC Canyon here a week ago. Took it for a test drive and everything looked and seemed good. Took it home the next day and found the heated mirrors, and 1 power window has a malfunction. The roof is scratched and the shark fin antenna is broken. I brought it back the following day and was told we will get these issues looked after the following Monday. I dropped the truck off for a whole week. They wont even consider touching my truck because those issues are not a safety concern. So now I'm stuck with a truck that needs repairs that I was not aware of before purchase. I'd recommend them to buy a brand new ride with full warranty. Not used as the service department sucks and dont care about repairing anything beyond safety. More

Sick of having to fight with a service department I have purchased 8 vehicles in the last 10 years at this dealership. Last vehicle purchased is a 2014 Santa Fe. I live out of town so everytime I take I have purchased 8 vehicles in the last 10 years at this dealership. Last vehicle purchased is a 2014 Santa Fe. I live out of town so everytime I take it in I wait for it. It seems like over the last 2-3 years the service department has fallen apart - it doesn't matter how small or large the repair is there is always a fight. I have extended warranty that includes a rental for repairs when it has to stay overnight - everytime I feel like I have to fight for it. I shouldn't have to this is a service I have paid for. Last repair I took it in for was engine related when I picked it up I knew within a few blocks it wasn't corrected - they are now replacing the engine. wWhen I asked about them arranging the rental vehichle for the duration of the repair they told me the car will be 2 weeks before it's ready and that I can only have a rental for 5 days.....it's warranty why should I be paying for a rental for 11+ days? It doesn't matter if you only want to ask questions their response is always rude. Customer service is non existent. If you have to deal with their service department try Elizabeth as a service advisor she's the only polite one in there More

They refused to show me detailed pricing and MSRP on a new vehicle! Instead he pulled out every trick from the parking lot credit rebuild sale handbook. A truly horrible experience.
