I have dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years and I have never had an experience like this, everyone involved wowed me, I am used to huge pressure trying to devalue my trade, endless waiting for a c I have never had an experience like this, everyone involved wowed me, I am used to huge pressure trying to devalue my trade, endless waiting for a credit approval, telling me I need to purchase more and constantly asking what my monthly payment goals are. When I met Peter at Freeway Mazda all that changed, I was taken care of in a very professional manner all my goals were met and I was in and out in less than Three hours and that's only because they were busy getting my car ready on short notice. 20 out of 10 for Freeway Mazda and their team!!!!! I'll be back??? More

I had a great experience with freeway Mazda. The sales employee was not pushy, found ways to correct any issues we found with certain cars we saw and ended up finding us the perfect suv for our family! The role of Freeway Mazda team is inevitably big in this decision. Brand Ambassador Tracey Churchill, Client Relations Ambassador Andrii Dydyna, Eric in the Finance, and Peter Herbert are simply an amazing team when it comes for customer service and overall approach towards closing a sale. Before I went to Freeway Mazda, I visited at least 10 dealers in the lower mainland. Even I visited another Mazda dealership in the lower mainland, and unfortunately the experience was pretty bad. So with all the other experiences, I can surely tell that Freeway Mazda exceeded my expectations. Right from beginning with Tracey till the end with Andrii, the purchase experience was simply great. Tracey, can definitely help you with what you are looking for and what the best option will be available, without exaggeration or sugar coating. And for sure my auto plan account manager Kai Di Zhu was very knowledgeable and empathetic. Eric in the Finance was also very collaborative and he knows what customer is looking for in terms of numbers and services. Finally, Andrii gave me an in depth information about my car and do’s and don’ts. I don’t want to waste our time by explaining further about Mazda 3 100 year edition, since it is simply amazing, both engine, and exterior. Interior is more catchy and daring with its combination of red leather seats and white leather dash board. Loaded with almost everything except wireless mobile charger and remote engine starter that I think I can buy as additional options. Overall the car and the dealer experience for me was 10 out of 10.
