I needed a car as I’ve transferred locations for work and in the long run taking the bus wasn’t doable. I reached out to multiple dealerships and planned to go see some vehicles. I didn’t feel comfortable going through anyone else but Tracey at Freeway Mazda! I helped Tracey at my work and through conversation I learned where she works. I immediately went to their website where they have a “meet the team” tab and sure enough Tracey was at the top! I emailed her and she helped me in finding the right vehicle. I don’t have good credit and had zero to put down but they ALL (Peter, Fui, Eric) managed to make miracles happen and got me driving within four days! It would have been sooner if I had my documents (letter of employment/paystubs) ready. As it’s preowned I knew there would be some wear and tear so they have helped me out with making it feel brand new! I spent the first week driving around on my free time. I’m beyond grateful for my Mazda 3 and the team at Freeway Mazda as I know I can go to them with any questions or concerns. I plan to keep the Mazda for one-two years and then trade it in once I build my credit up for something new and when I do I’ll be heading to Tracey! Thank you for being there to help me! I’d give you all ten stars if I could! More

Wonderful experience! Went in to see the colour of the coco leather on the signature Mazda CX5, ended up buying a Mazda MX-30 for me and ordering a CX-5 for my husband. I feel that services are recommended before they are needed. Every time I take my car in, I'm recommended quite a few services on top of the oil change that was originally booked. Also, disappointing needed. Every time I take my car in, I'm recommended quite a few services on top of the oil change that was originally booked. Also, disappointing that my car is no longer cleaned inside or out when serviced. This was explained as a way of limiting the impact on the environment, however my car needs to be cleaned regardless, I see it as taking away an entry level job in our community. Staff are friendly but seem to have to push additional services. More
