I own a 2010 mazda tribute and had purchased their lifetime oil change pacakge. For the past 13 yrs, every visit I had I used the free Basic A Maintenance(8k/4mos) as their lifetime package. Today w lifetime oil change pacakge. For the past 13 yrs, every visit I had I used the free Basic A Maintenance(8k/4mos) as their lifetime package. Today when i dropped off my vehicle, I was not informed about any changes. When I picked up my vehicle assuming i would have got the same service, I was handled a blank maintenance health checklist. I was told that for the past 13 yrs, the inspection part was a complementary service and it no longer existed. I was not informed about this change at all. Great way to treat your long time customers! I was told that the lifetime oil change is just for oil change when the past 13 yrs, it was otherwise. More

Nice staff, comfortable circumstances and good service 👍. The best part is they fix the new problem(not sure it was there or caused by the service technician) occured during the service without charging 👍.
