WOW< GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND, definitely RECOMMENDED!!! No other place as welcoming as Freeway Mazda, went to 3 other dealerships and no comparison. I am a single working mom and was paying an 18% interest rate on a previously financed car. I was looking for a place to be able to trade in my 2009 vehicle and get the interest rate down and be able to own a brand new car. This was DEFINITELY the place to go. After being referred from a co-worker, I went to Freeway Mazda with skepticism to see if anyone would even be able to help me there, since the other dealerships had made it hard for me to stay positive and hopeful. I more than definitely picked the right place. There I sat in front of Maegen Gantz, a courteous and compassionate person. She was very welcoming and warm right away and asked what I would like to see without asking my price range or trying to offer a car right away. This gave me a great feeling that there was no judgement who I was. No hesitation to go see a car right away and sit in it and test drive it. When I mention my financial situation, she did not discourage me at all but encouraged me right away with hope. I was then referred to Eric Tham in the financing dept and he was just as welcoming, informative and was very REASURRING that I had a chance of getting the financing I needed at a very good interest rate, if not, he would do what ever possible to help me with other options. HOPE again ! I was hesitant to leave without some sort of reassurance that the car I was looking at would not be sold before I found out if I was approved for financing. While speaking to Maegen again regarding this, she explained my situation to Russ Daniels the sales manager and he also did not hesitate to reassure me that I would have a chance by offering to put a "Sold" sign on the car for 24hrs to ensure it would not get sold before I got my answer. I was in shock that he did that so that I would not loose hope and be worried the car would sell. WOWED!!! Too many times, before I have even agreed to anything or they not knowing if I would be approved. This was all in one night. Within, actually less than 24hrs, I received a call from Eric, stating I was approved and would be able to come in anytime to pick up my NEW car....WOW !!! I have never experienced this kind of customer service in my life in one place in basically 24hrs. I am so impressed with the customer service I cannot stop telling friends or asking people if they need a new car or looking for one. Boy! do I have a place they should go to... I purchased my first BRAND NEW car finally, a 2013 MAZDA3 coupe with only 18km on it, I was in tears from happiness driving it off the lot...I hugged everyone with joy and gratitude that they changed my driving life and I am so happy to be a "Zoom Zoom girl". THANK YOU EVERYONE AT FREEWAY MAZDA!!!! Especially you Maegen for making the overall and continued experience so wonderful!!! More

I've been eyeing a Mazda 3 for the longest time and been doing my research. Started off one night, I randomly fill up a promo form about trade-in your old car for $1k discount on Freeway Mazda site. Within next hour or less, I got a call from Brandon Diggle (quick response I'd say). We chatted about their current 2013 fall promo and new models. I was honest with him I told him I'm not ready yet to buy a car perhaps in the next 3 or 4 months as my dandy civic is still good. He was respectful and didn't forced me to any sale at all. Then that conversation really stuck on me in the next day or two, since I've been getting this "itch" to get a Mazda 3 and my birthday is coming up. So I texted Brandon back if I could drop-by one night at the dealership and check my financing options for a new car. Unfortunately he was unavailable the night I'm free, but he arranged me to meet up with his colleague Maegen Ganz on his day off. When I went in the dealership, I wasn't planning to buy a car, but see my financing options. Maegen was really helpful and patient with me. She asked me what I'm looking for and my monthly payments budget, everything to car models, options, and pricing. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. She even showed me the actual 2014 Mazda 3 model out in their lot on a cold night, which I wasn't expecting. I would say a good sales strategy since that pretty much sold me haha and the fact that the 2014 model is much roomier. Dante and Eric over at Financing were both very approachable. Dante processed my papers and only took roughly less than 30 minutes to get my application approved. By the end of my visit, I walked out with a humongous smile on my face and picked up my new car in 2 days. I've been driving my 2014 Mazda 3 Sports for about 7 weeks now. The car is very responsive and fast. My only issue is I've noticed a ticking, rattling sound on the front passenger side door panel and lots of road noise, which the google world said are common issues with Mazda interiors. Overall my entire experience with Freeway Mazda is beyond excellent. More

From the time I spoke with Brandon on the phone, telling him we were heading out to Freeway Mazda to look at a car, to the moment he carefully placed my new car keys in my hand, I knew I was in good hands. him we were heading out to Freeway Mazda to look at a car, to the moment he carefully placed my new car keys in my hand, I knew I was in good hands. Unfortunately Brandon was unavailable when we arrived at the dealership so he handed us over to his friend Tommy who we found to be just as friendly. I had a very sad moment when I was saying goodbye to my car of 14 years and both Tommy and Brandon showed their concern which was really appreciated. The follow up email we received from Brandon was very well written and considerate as well. Apart from the whole purchase taking a really long time (something I don't know could have been avoided as we didn't roll up with a trunk full of cash), everyone we met and dealt with (Dante in financing and Karin with ICBC) were professional and kind. I am thrilled with my newish car and will for sure refer anyone and everyone to Freeway Mazda. More

Of all the recipients, Freeway Mazda (specifically Brandon Diggle) res dealerships throughout the Lower Mainland asking for a test drive appointment. Of all the recipients, Freeway Mazda (specifically Brandon Diggle) responded within a few hours; everybody else sent me a canned generic email response that came in days later. After being invited over for a test drive, he spent a great deal of time before, during, and after my 30-40 minute test drive patiently explaining all features, big or small, that differentiated my vehicle of choice from the others. I came in with an Unhaggle quote aiming for a comparable price point, and he seemed to be on my side in regards to getting me a fair price based on the lowest dealer offer. Overall I am quite pleased with the level of service and attention I received from Brandon and would not hesitate to recommend him if anyone I knew was in the market for a new Mazda. More

It was such a great experience with Joel. We have been at couple of different Mazda dealers checking our favourite new CX-5 in the last several weeks and so lucky to meet Joel at Freeway Mazda. It was the best test drive we ever had, the road was chosen wisely with combination of highway, high and low country road and also city drive, much better than those simple 'right turn x 4' test drive before. Joel knows the car very well, his knowledge is not limited to numbers and specs, but also know how this car fits into daily life of our small family. Since I am the only driver at home, Joel is very kind to give us a ride on the way picking up our new car. Joel is always honest, reliable and trust worth. We feel Joel is more like an old friend to our family despite of just knowing him several days ago. More
