Harv is a very friendly down to earth person, he greeted me with a big smile and handshake. Customer service roles need more people like Harv and the rest of the Freeway Mazda team. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

The car we were looking at was test driven and sold however being aware of our time Carmine informed us of the situation right away (he knew we were planning to come in to purchase the car) and waited on the final word prior to us making our way to the dealership so we wouldn't waste our time. When we selected our vehicle Arnie was very knowledgable about the car itself and answered our questions. Dante and Eric in the business office were very friendly as well. At all levels of the purchase everyone we interacted with asked us questions to help ensure the car we were purchasing was the right car for our needs. They explained they don't want their clients to feel buyers remorse or pressure. The discussion included accessories for the car. After the purchase there has been amazing follow-up. This is our 3rd new Mazda from a different dealership and we would highly highly recommend then. More
