Thai is a very funny person to get along with, and he will do his best to give you the best deal as possible. I save myself lots of money because of him, and I was glad that I went to this dealership. George in the other hand is very helpful and knowledgeable; he showed me how everything work step by step in the vehicle until I fully understand how everything works:) Thanks to both these guys, I truly love my Mazda. Great experience from start to finish! Just purchased a brand new Mazda Sport GX from this dealership and I am in love with it! SO much fun to drive and the fuel economy is awesome! Previously had a 2011 Toyota Corolla that was totalled in an accident. Some friends recommended I check out the Mazda 3. Ended up at this dealership initially as I wanted to look at a used one they had on the lot. Wasn't sold on that vehicle, but met Brandon that day at the dearership and felt comfortable with him right away. Friendly, relatable and no pressure sales approach led me to come back on my own two days later and test drive a new model. Once you drive the car it speaks for itself! Brandon was great at communicating with us throughout the process which was timely. All the staff we met at the dealership - Sales Manager Emmanuel and Finance Manager Dante were also fabulous to deal with. Brandon took the time to go through the car inside out with me and followed-up with me after purchase. I have nothing negative to say about this experience and would not hesitate to recommend both Brandon and Freeway Mazda if you are in the market for a vehicle. More

His persona clearly indicated a genuine interest in making my experience one that I can only rank as superior. He is the benchmark by which customer service can be measured. Like most meaningful character traits, its not learned, but comes naturally. I looked at a couple units that I liked and was very well informed when I had questions. No pressure, but guideance, care and attention to my inqueriers. It was on a Sunday morning, 10-15 minuted befor opening. I pulled, saw a couple people waiting, Arnie approached and I asked...not open yet, to which he replied in a few minutes, but let me help you in the meantime. I parked and chatted about my intention. Honestly, i had not intended to change my vehicle for at least another 6-8 months. I had an appointment at another dealership and had to leave. I returned after and continued my discussion and made my decision...........based on the help and guidance received. Positively 10 out of 10. More

The whole experience made my purchase an enjoyable experience, simply because the people were straight forward, took care of me, and didn't give me any pressure. In fact, the only stress I had was in choosing the colour for my car. So here's what happened. I called Freeway Mazda and I talked to Brandon. He was awesome. He was straight forward and helped answer all my questions. I told him I was gonna call other dealerships and he encouraged it. Well after talking with other dealers, I realized my best conversation was with Brandon. He wasn't pushy at all. He just made me feel comfortable. So i called him back and just set up an appointment. I went and settled many details with Brandon who was easy to talk to and before I knew it I was sent to finilize things with Eric and Dante. Both Eric and Dante were nice and genuine. They helped me set up my finance and set up all the paperwork. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable. I even enjoyed talking with Shand from ICBC. So there I was, getting in my new car and I realized how fast the whole experience was. I was having such a good time, that time just flew by. Brandon was there from start to finish and even got me a great deal with the leather seats. He took care of me and made sure I enjoyed the whole experience like one should feel when buying a new car. I even appreciate Emmanuel's send off and genuine smile. Everyone just seemed happy because I was happy. So if you want to buy a new car and get a great deal and not have to worry about being cheated, you know where to go, and who to talk to. Oh and yeah, I know I used the word "so" way too many times^^ More

Beautiful experience without the BS! I recently bought a 2014 Mazda 3 GT from Freeway Mazda. The dealership came heavily recommended by many family friends. I have dealt with a lot of pus I recently bought a 2014 Mazda 3 GT from Freeway Mazda. The dealership came heavily recommended by many family friends. I have dealt with a lot of pushy and greasy sales people from different dealerships and turned me off completely from buying a car. Harv was the complete opposite. He was warm, extremely professional, and made you feel like you were buying a car from a friend. There was no "beating around the bush" with him, he was one of the first sales people I dealt with that knew every aspect of the car. The negotiations with the price was painless. There was no greasy sales tricks with him, extremely straight up. Would I recommend him to friends and family? Of course, without a doubt. The whole over all experience at the dealership was laid back and relaxed. That's all you can wish for when buying a car, is to have a none pressured environment so you can make the right choice. That is exactly what I got from Harv and with the dealership. More

I was contacted immediately by Harv and arranged a telephone meeting within the hour. He was extremely happy and helpful and was able to have the car, colour, trim and accessories available and installed, ready for me to pick up when i was in Surrey, 5 days later. I was all so easy, i was worried right up until I drove off the lot what any hiccups would be. There were none. We was not pushy in anyway, he just wanted to make sure i was happy. HAPPY I AM!! i loved the whole experience. Everything about my Mazda is PERFECT. if interested in a new car, DRIVE PAST ALL OTHER DEALERSHIPS AND SEE HARV AT FREEWAY MAZDA. We researched many small cars and test drove quite a few, but it really was the salespeople that sealed the deal. We dealt with Brandon and with Arnie and they both went above and beyond with our purchase decision. We settled on a Mazda 3 Sedan, test driving it many times and they answered all the questions we had. Arnie helped us go over everything when we came in to pick up our brand new car and we felt very comfortable driving away knowing we had all the knowledge we needed. I would recommend the dealership for their non pushy approach to selling cars. One of our daughters is already thinking, when the time is right, to go to Freeway Mazda to buy her first car.
