Only Ford dealer able to assist After purchasing my truck from Team Ford last year I immediately had issues getting the Bluetooth system to work with my phone. I had taken my truck i After purchasing my truck from Team Ford last year I immediately had issues getting the Bluetooth system to work with my phone. I had taken my truck in for service on FOUR separate occasions over the course of a year to Team Ford service to get it fixed and was told the same thing every time, that it was most likely my phone that was the issue. I had explained to them that it wasn't my phone as I had tested it out with other systems and it worked fine. After a year of frustration and zero results I had decided to try Freedom Ford before selling my truck and moving on from Ford. On my first visit to Freedom Ford they actually listened to what I had to say which lead to the service tech diagnosing the issue instead of the previous experience of dropping my truck off, creating a file, and crossing my fingers. Blair and Grant were extremely helpful. I was on the verge of giving up on the Ford brand but now that I know I have a place to go for help I'll be going back to Freedom Ford for all my service and my next vehicle. More
