Great on the spot service I am now from out of town but after have my tires rotating the tpms had not been reset. As soon as I walked in Roxannes smiling face met me and recog I am now from out of town but after have my tires rotating the tpms had not been reset. As soon as I walked in Roxannes smiling face met me and recognized me from 3.5 years ago. She coordinated the tpms reset and I added a dynamic balance. I was in and out in less than an hour! Thanks for the quick attention and service Roxannes and the service team!! More

Terrible Service Freedom Ford is great when you want to buy a vehicle, but their after purchase service on the other hand is extremely poor. My last vehicle purchased Freedom Ford is great when you want to buy a vehicle, but their after purchase service on the other hand is extremely poor. My last vehicle purchased was supposed to have "free tires for life", and all I was required to do (according to the staff anyway) was have my vehicle services done at Freedom Ford. I have had my vehicle serviced there a number of times as I was required to, which is much more costly, inconvenient, and time consuming than taking it other places. Most of the time when they quoted a timeline to get something done it ended up taking twice as long. When it came time to get my free tires for life as my tires failed, they claimed it only worked in a very specific circumstances and they became a typical insurance policy and didn't take care of their end of the deal. If I knew it would work out this way I wouldn't have had any services there that wasn't required by warranty, and could have saved money that way and used it towards new tires that I now have to buy elsewhere anyway. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to a reputable independent service company than using Freedom Ford; you will likely be very disappointed otherwise. When I expressed concerns it was very apparent that they did not care. More

Simple issue solved quickly; Safety Issue took much longer Battery died and was replaced quickly. Hood latch wouldn't lock and it took 2 days to convince them replacement was required. Mechanic stated the la Battery died and was replaced quickly. Hood latch wouldn't lock and it took 2 days to convince them replacement was required. Mechanic stated the latch was replaced within the last 60 days when in reality the latch was "fixed" in October after the hood was replaced two weeks earlier. The hood flew up while driving in October and mechanic stated it was my fault. Took a tow truck driver 5 minutes to get the latch to lock after boosting the vehicle. Service Advisor finally agreed that the latch needed to be replaced but it took 2 days of "discussions" to get this done. More
