Purchase seemed to lack urgency Waited two weeks for receipt of vehicle (after deposit). Vehicle message board indicated "perform Service" after leaving the dealership. Have to get checked out at a Dodge dealer (extra expense to me). Air filter was filthy and had to be changed (by me) Obviously not checked by technician. Wonder if an oil change was performed. Andrew Charles did greet us upon entering dealership which was a plus. Body work was required (excellent work). Had to make multiple calls for updates. Not satisfied with length of time it took to receive the vehicle. Would not recommend this dealership. Not a happy camper. More
