Brake Fluid Level low alert I took my 2014 ford focus to them to check out why the brake fluid level is low alert kept coming on in my car. When it started it would only do it when cold, prior to taking it to Freedom Ford it was happening constantly. Turns out there was a HUGE error happening, one so horrible that my brakes could have stopped working at any time. Thank God that didn't happen! The next day they put in the new park and all is well now, no more annoying alert! More

Great Early Morning Experience At 7:20 am I had a nail in my tire just outside Freedom Ford and they were able to accomodate me. You may have to negotiate. I purchased a 2014 F150 from Freedom Ford. The inspection report indicated that everything was 100% on the truck - this was not so and I had to retur I purchased a 2014 F150 from Freedom Ford. Every time I returned to have something "fixed" it was done properly. The last time that I had brought the truck in, some minor finishing work needed to be done. I got the call to come pick up the truck and when I went to check the work, there were two items on the work order that were not addressed but the service department insisted that they were. After providing proof that the work was not done, I was assured that the truck would be taken care of. Even though some negotiating needed to be done, the service department did do what was supposed to have been done and I am very satisfied. Roxanne was GREAT and understood why I was frustrated.
