You've improved I've been coming to your dealership for over 5 years now. I had my 2010 F-150 serviced through your dealership right up until the moment I picked up a new Ford Edge from Freedom Ford and continue to service my vehicle through you guys. It used to feel like an absolute struggle to get back to your dealership at the end of the day to collect my vehicle. Not only that, your service department could never say "you will have your vehicle back today"... for a standard service package? ...That takes 8+ hours? I get that you guys basically pull vehicles in one by one, but the uncertainty and non-committal approach to what your dealership could deliver basically just made me anxious. Like to the level where I felt forced to simply sit in your lobby and wait, even if it meant I stayed there all day, because that made everything significantly easier and forced you to work quicker. I've spent full work days just sitting in your lobby, working away on my laptop. It truly felt that once you had my vehicle, your service department stopped caring entirely. I get that you're VERY busy, but you have my vehicle and simply making me FEEL like you genuinely care about it would be nice. I shouldn't have to call you multiple times for an update on my vehicle (just to see if it'll be done today), chase you for a ride back, and feel like I'm inconveniencing you with my business. This time, I dealt with Eric Irion. He kept me informed as my vehicle progressed through your service department and even asked if I needed a shuttle back and arranged it all for me. I didn't have to do a thing, he asked every question before I could. I heard Eric say he's new too (?)... that surprised me. This is probably the first time I've ever felt truly comfortable bringing my vehicle through your regular service channels and not through the Quick Lube department (I think it's Roxanne in there? She's great too). Thanks, Eric. More

Oil Change + radio problems. Very easy to deal with and timely service. I had a problem with my radio that they figured out, and fixed under warranty which was nice. Was disappointed with the price of the oil change however. The cost was 50% more than I paid for my previous 2 oil changes at a ford dealership just outside the city. Will probably be taking a bit longer of a drive in the future for oil changes as it is a big price difference. More

Problem not fixed These guys in device are excellent. Been bringing vehicles here for years and they have never failed me yet. Just bought a brand new lariat truck and These guys in device are excellent. Been bringing vehicles here for years and they have never failed me yet. Just bought a brand new lariat truck and I have service engine lights coming up all over. Took it in to get fixed they said it was fixed but 2 days later warnings keep coming up plus more. I think they sold me a lemon. Will return to get them to resolve it again. Not too worried as they have always made sure I was happy when I left. We'll see how they handle this one More
