You may have to negotiate. I purchased a 2014 F150 from Freedom Ford. The inspection report indicated that everything was 100% on the truck - this was not so and I had to retur I purchased a 2014 F150 from Freedom Ford. Every time I returned to have something "fixed" it was done properly. The last time that I had brought the truck in, some minor finishing work needed to be done. I got the call to come pick up the truck and when I went to check the work, there were two items on the work order that were not addressed but the service department insisted that they were. After providing proof that the work was not done, I was assured that the truck would be taken care of. Even though some negotiating needed to be done, the service department did do what was supposed to have been done and I am very satisfied. Roxanne was GREAT and understood why I was frustrated. Roxanne has been my Service Advisor from day one and she' I have been a customer for years and their service is honestly what keeps me coming back. Roxanne has been my Service Advisor from day one and she's always gone above and beyond for squeezing me in for appointments. I have a chaotic schedule and they have made it work. I have purchased three vehicles from Freedom Ford, my family has been referred to them as well as friends too, no one has been disappointed! The service area is always a nice place to be and so is their sense of humour! Roxanne, keep up the exceptional work, it's truly apprecated, if I could choose 6 stars out of 5, you know I would. More

Where has all the staff gone?? I dropped in to Freedom Ford recently to have my regular service done. Not very happy. Clarence, my regular service advisor was no longer there. Lisa does an admirable job but just doesn't have the Ford knowledge base that Clarence had. But, like I said. She did a good job. Then, as I usually do, I wandered over to the showroom to visit my sales guy and a few of the others. Almost NO ONE is there anymore? What would happen to a dealer when they lose ALL their long serving staff at once? New management. That's what. I asked one of the sales guys if the place was under new management, and he replied "new ownership". The whole attitude has changed here. There is no longer a friendly atmosphere. There are cheesy sales guys. I used to deal with Dan G or his brother, Paul. But all the sales guys knew me, offered me coffee when I came back, talked to me about new new features I could look for in newer models. REAL people. This is why I went to Freedom Ford. This is why I won't buy another vehicle from Freedom Ford, unfortunately. More
