excellence again timely, friendly, reasonably priced. waited for our vehicle during an oil change. during the hour we waited we were made comfortable in lounge. a numb timely, friendly, reasonably priced. waited for our vehicle during an oil change. during the hour we waited we were made comfortable in lounge. a number of the sales staff stopped and chatted for a few minutes and we were offered coffee by the manager and 3 sales people. one suggestion: an issue was discovered during our service that would have taken a few minutes and about 40$ to resolve. if we had been informed at that time, we would have asked for it to be added to the days service. instead, we weren't told until after the oil change was finished and now have to make another appointment. not a huge problem but an inconvenience that could have been avoided. More

Great! Would not take my truck anywhere else! Roxanne was awesome! I had shown up first thing in the morning and right away I was taken care of. There was no wait or standing around. Brake Fluid Level low alert I took my 2014 ford focus to them to check out why the brake fluid level is low alert kept coming on in my car. When it started it would only do it when cold, prior to taking it to Freedom Ford it was happening constantly. Turns out there was a HUGE error happening, one so horrible that my brakes could have stopped working at any time. Thank God that didn't happen! The next day they put in the new park and all is well now, no more annoying alert! More
