They promised it would take about an hour for the oil change and tire rotation. They called about replacing a filter, which was great, and it was ready in about an hour. The lounge has coffee, tables and wi-fi so I worked, and didn't miss a beat. I also used my "points" so the entire job cost me $8.00, so can't complain about that! More

No question Roxanne setup the repair for me and while she's on leave Krish took great care of the process. Once the parts arrived my car was in and out in about 24 hours. A rental was ready and waiting for me when I dropped my car off. Krish kept me updated and there were no hold ups in the service process. Between the three of them, the service from the people at Freedom always keep me happy about owning my car and having a Ford. Regardless of the significance of the repair, the way the service department handles it adds massive value to the ownership experience.
