Unbelievably unprofessional I had 3 re-calls on my perfectly running car. Brought my car here as it's the closest to my house. They fix the recalls no problem. Cool. Then my passenger side back seat starts flooding with water. Using common sense I assume this has to do with the seals on my door that were recalled and had been replaced. Bring my car in on a Friday morning tell them the exact problem. They have my car all weekend and some and refused to check what I told them to. They resealed my windows, trunk, and under the driver side...after repeatedly telling them it was the passenger side back seat only they still didn't get it. So I picked up my car and fixed it myself. I'm a mid-twenties woman with no experience in cars and I fixed this. A whole team of "professionals" couldn't figure this out. If they would have done what I clear as day told them to do I wouldn't have been without my car for nearly a week. Also - whenever I called and asked for an update I could never get a clear answer from their service advisors and was refused the right to speak with the person directly touching my vehicle. I HIGHLY reccomend choosing a different dealership to take your vehicle. I am definitely putting the extra mileage on my car and going elsewhere next time. Lastly - when I came to pick up my car they had it sitting in on coming traffic. My radio was blasting, and my seats were all leaned back. I was also down a quarter tank of gas. This place is a disgrace. More

So when the urge hit to trade in, I didnt hesitate or shop at any other dealer, and headed straight back. The sales experience was great, Shout out to Tye Gugulyn. Thank you. However the same cant be said about the finance department. Attempts to clear up some questionable charges and get my payment info into ford credit have come unanswered. A month after the purchase I am still manually sending payments for the new car. I've given up and will do the paperwork myself. I guess the nearly $500 doc fee wasn't enough to get this done for me. Since i've never had any problems with the service department, in fact they have always been exceptionally friendly and fast, i will still return to Freedom for service. More

This blew my mind that a dealership would go out of its way to contact me back. I went on a Sunday and got to meet Nathan who was an absolute fun person to deal with and very knowledgeable about the truck I was looking to purchase. He took the time to listen to what I wanted in a truck, what my needs were and found me quite possibly the greatest truck I have ever seen. The great experience carried through to the test drives, to working numbers with both Nathan and Jonathon. I was then passed on to Arlene to finish the deal. She was great to talk with, easy to deal with and found a loan that was even better then we had hoped. After my purchase on Aug 31 this dealership has continued their contact to make sure the truck is still great and if I need anything else that they are here for me. I have not had this experience from any other dealership. To bad my truck is so beautiful and everything that I dreamed that I won't have the pleasure for awhile to deal with them all again. I am so very impressed with the service I have just had on my vehicle, right from the phone call with Francis to book my vehicle and then to the servi I am so very impressed with the service I have just had on my vehicle, right from the phone call with Francis to book my vehicle and then to the service advisor Krish he was excellent with keeping me informed on the work they where doing on my vehicle, and how long it would take to complete. I highly recommend Freedom Ford Service and Vehicle sales their customer service is the absolute best I have found in years.! More

not impressed Usually very happy with this dealer. But this was the worst experience I have had. First took my car in and had an issue. I have extended warranty but this wasn't going to cover the work. Once the problem was diagnosed after a second test drive. It was covered under my power train. The car was required to be kept for 4 days. No rental was offered. On the day I was supposed to pick up my car the shuttle didn't show. I had spoken to the advisor and let hem know I had an app. The car was maybe going to be ready to pick up and Noon but the shuttle didn't make it in time for me to go to my app and pick up the car. So I had to walk to the vet with 2 dogs and a baby. Not easy and not that close. I had mentioned that when I first dropped it off I would like it left with the keys in it. Not till the day it was late did the tell me they needed a form filling out to pay. Lucky I have a printer at home. I was still charged full price for my oil change and inspection which after my car needed extensive work and all the other issues I would have thought they not charged for the inspection as it should have been done standard. I picked up my car to find it has the gas light on. Just an all over bad experience. Thinking of moving away from Ford. Also looked at new cars while waiting. Not sure how the pricing works as I can find a price online but nothing comes close in store. Also not sure why the customer pays for deliver when the car is in the lot. Just all over looking at new brads of cars. More

They really care. Mine was a recall visit. I chose Freedom for convenience of location and I'm glad I did. Nobody had heard of the Crown Vic headlight recall, but Kri Mine was a recall visit. I chose Freedom for convenience of location and I'm glad I did. Nobody had heard of the Crown Vic headlight recall, but Krish took the time to carefully read the online bulletin and proceeded to write up my service order. He called me within two hours just to let me know that they were still diagnosing the problem. He called again to let me know that the problem was indeed covered by the recall. I really appreciated being kept updated. Despite a busy service department, I was never rushed and was made to feel very comfortable. Should I ever be able to afford dealer service, I will definitely come here. More
