2.5 hrs for oil change with appointment. Pushing repairs . unacceptable wait for oil change. Pushing brake service which was okay 10000km ago for a cost of $240.00 Dollars when the truck was covered by Ford 5 unacceptable wait for oil change. What is the point of Owner Advantage Rewards Program? The Owner Advantage Rewards Program is in both our names. We received a statement 6/10/16 stating our Account held one complimentary oil change and $ The Owner Advantage Rewards Program is in both our names. We received a statement 6/10/16 stating our Account held one complimentary oil change and $37.52 in service rewards. We had brought our 2010 Ford Explorer in for an oil change and when it was complete my Wife was handed a bill for some $92 which she paid. Why were the oil change and service rewards credit not applied to the bill? Our previous experiences with Freedom Ford have been positive however my last two visits to Freedom Ford have been less than satisfactory and I am disappointed. It certainly makes me question the merits of driving in from Spruce Grove. More

Complete Satisfaction Our 2015 Mustang had a vibration at 60+ KPH. On our first visit, Service did all they could to eliminate the problem and then with Ford came up with Our 2015 Mustang had a vibration at 60+ KPH. On our first visit, Service did all they could to eliminate the problem and then with Ford came up with the solution and a brand new rear end was built, sent and installed in the vehicle. Problem solved. Everyone involved at Freedom Ford made sure we were looked after and kept informed of what was happening. Special thanks to Roxanne, Karishneil and Shelby. All professional and did a great job. One of the few Service areas for any dealership that have things right. More

Under carriage cover I am normally happy with the service but my last 2 visit hasn't been pleasant. My last appointment was to have my under carriage put on and that took I am normally happy with the service but my last 2 visit hasn't been pleasant. I understand I was late but I did call to let the dept know I was running late but it still shouldn't take that long. I ended up just going to the service dept to get my keys. FRUSTRATED My service advisor, Kendra was fantastic however the policies we are bound by are horrible. I brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance and compl My service advisor, Kendra was fantastic however the policies we are bound by are horrible. I brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance and complained about a vibration at highway speed. Kendra called me and told me that my tires need replaced and my right tie rod needed replaced. I said GREAT, put new tires on as I paid for Tires for Life - at that point she informed that although she had just told me my tires needed replaced that on Tires for Life they were not BAD enough - they were at 5 mm and they needed to be at 3 mm. I expressed my disappointment and told her to do the tie rod. When I picked up the following day - she again said the vibration may still be there because of the tires and now I am going to put winter tires on to replace the crappy ALL SEASON tires on my car. I will NEVER pay for Tires for Life again - biggest scam ever! Also the fact that labour is 81% of the bill makes me nauseous! More

We Will Be Back My husband took my truck in for an oil change as he likes our vehicles to be ready for the colder weather. He was able to get the truck in on the sam My husband took my truck in for an oil change as he likes our vehicles to be ready for the colder weather. He was able to get the truck in on the same day that he called the service department and they took him in right away. Upon inspection of the vehicle, they discovered that the rear fluids needed to be changed and since we had only purchased the truck two months earlier, the service manager was able to alleviate some of the cost to us. My husband said that everyone in the service department treated him with respect and professionalism. He was raving about the service to me which prompted me to send in big kudos to everyone that were involved with dealing with him. We will be back for our next service and will be recommending the Freedom Ford Service Department to others. More
