Could have been better I love the way Freedom Ford has set up their service department. It's easy to access, their reports and information are clear and easy to understand I love the way Freedom Ford has set up their service department. It's easy to access, their reports and information are clear and easy to understand and the customer service rep always takes time to review and explain the whys of what was done and what is recommended. However, I had my winter tires installed as part of a maintenance package and two days later, my tire pressure system was flashing with 'low tire pressure'. Drove my car back to Freedom Ford service and the tech advised me that all four of my tires had low pressure, probably because the first tech had simply installed the tires without checking the pressure. Not impressed. More

Upselling fiasco by Garage but the Service Lady was great. Have a stuck button on my Computer consul from dirt. This changed into a diagnosis of computer board replacement and reprogramming. The good news was it only cost me 50$ to tell me the button was stuck. I would have gladly paid for them to take the cowling off to clean the dirt out but alas I get to do it myself. More

Factory Recall and Blower I took my 2008 Ford Escape in for the recall on the power steering and also requested to have the fan or blower repaired. I had arrived Tuesday morni I took my 2008 Ford Escape in for the recall on the power steering and also requested to have the fan or blower repaired. I had arrived Tuesday morning and requested an appointment. It was arranged for Wednesday morning at 9:30. I then arrived later Tuesday evening to drop off the car. They claimed in the service area I had no appointment. However Carrie was able to arrange it. I then received a call from the service advisor Wednesday morning to let me know that it would cost about $165 for the part. When I went to pickup the car I was given a bill for$318.63. As there was also a diagnostic and labor for 239.98. I was able to google the procedure and it gave an explanation of how to replace the resistor. My wife and I had bought a car at this dealership last summer.. However, I do not feel I could endorse this dealership if this is how the charges are made in the service department. Dean Birch More

We received a statement 6/10/16 stating our Account held one complimentary oil change and $37.52 in service rewards. We had brought our 2010 Ford Explorer in for an oil change and when it was complete my Wife was handed a bill for some $92 which she paid. Why were the oil change and service rewards credit not applied to the bill? Our previous experiences with Freedom Ford have been positive however my last two visits to Freedom Ford have been less than satisfactory and I am disappointed. It certainly makes me question the merits of driving in from Spruce Grove. More
