Great team! I received a letter a week ago saying I had not brought my vehicle in for 2 recalls that were outstanding since 2014. First off, I hadn't received the first notices, so I was a little concerned when I called the dealership to book for service. Cori helped me over the phone to get my personal info updated and advised there was 3 recalls on my vehicle now! she was able to have me come in 5 days after my phone call which was a great relief. Upon getting to the service centre at 7:30am, there was no wait to come in the garage, all of the staff are quick on their toes to get keys and keep the line of vehicles incoming and checked in. I was arranged on the 8am shuttle and made it to work for my 8:15am start time. The shuttle driver was so kind and safe. THANK YOU!! More

She called me about a problem the tech found and informed me it was all covered by my extended warranty.I have been to Freedom as my service dealership before and she is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. After 3:00pm i call back to the shuttle dispatcher and asked where is the shuttle i needed the vehicle at latest at 3:00pm. they just told me this is just a courtesy shuttle . Slow, disorganized and unprofessional I was told on the phone and in person it would take 1.5-2 hours. However it took 3.5 hours! The service person I did my paperwork with seemed very uno I was told on the phone and in person it would take 1.5-2 hours. However it took 3.5 hours! The service person I did my paperwork with seemed very unorganized and misplaced my paper work multiple times. I could tell other people in the waiting area were frustrated with him as well as he kept forgetting which person owned which car and calling the wrong people back to their cars. If I would have known it was going to take so long I would have made alternate plans. Would also be nice if they cleaned the cars like the Mazda dealership. More
