Amazing service with a personal touch I've been dealing with Roxanne at Freedom Ford for servicing my 2013 Escape. I moved over from a Ford dealer in Sherwood Park. The experience in Sherw I've been dealing with Roxanne at Freedom Ford for servicing my 2013 Escape. I moved over from a Ford dealer in Sherwood Park. The experience in Sherwood Park was more than frustrating. They almost never got it right the first time and one item took them 12 times and 2 years to fix. Dealing with Roxanne at Freedom Ford is a 180 degree experience from the dealer in Sherwood Park. Roxanne made sure that she understood my concerns, and got it fixed right and on time the first time. Roxanne is amazing to deal with. It's a pleasure dealing with someone who actually cares, is supported by the dealership and has well trained technicians working on my 2013 Escape. What a difference at Freedom Ford! More

When I decided to trade in my 2008 Escape for a 2014 Have been a long time customer of Freedom Ford having purchased my previous 3 vehicles from them. When I decided to trade in my 2008 Escape for a 2014 Explorer there was no other dealer that I would consider. All service done at Freedom with Clarence as my main contact providing superb service and advice. Ron was great in finding me a vehicle and getting me a great deal. Thanks guys!! More

Quick and pleasant experience My dad and I were in a rush to find a vehicle before the end of the week. We had narrowed down our search and even put down a deposit for another car. We had basically made our decision and were a few blocks away from my home when we decided to take one last look on autotrader. A car caught my eye so I immediately called Freedom Ford for additional info. Jake was quick to get back to me in a matter of minutes so we decided to take a look. When we got there (immediately after the phone conversation) he was already out pulling the vehicle up front for us. After testing the vehicle, we decided it was a good fit (especially since the vehicle was emaculately clean and had low kms for its year). When Jake was able to get the price closer to what we wanted, we were sold. After that, I was able to pick up my vehicle in under 24hrs without any problems. I would definitely recommend Freedom Ford and Jake Plots to those looking for seamless customer service when purchasing a vehicle in Edmonton. More

Bought the truck over the phone i was nervous buying the truck over the phone! I'd never done that before. I have to say I wasn't pressured into buying the truck.
