I had maintained the vehicle regularly incouding the front and rear Diff maintenance. It is a good thing to. Cori Slute in Service went to bat for me and did some checking with her service manager. They did some checking and it turns out the company that provides oil additives, BG, had a warranty and covered the cost of the repair. This because I had the service done at 40K as suggested. I must say at the time i grumbled a bit but in the end that maintenance was well worth the modest cost. It saved my almost 4000 dollars. Thank you Cori! More

The experience in Sherwood Park was more than frustrating. They almost never got it right the first time and one item took them 12 times and 2 years to fix. Dealing with Roxanne at Freedom Ford is a 180 degree experience from the dealer in Sherwood Park. Roxanne made sure that she understood my concerns, and got it fixed right and on time the first time. Roxanne is amazing to deal with. It's a pleasure dealing with someone who actually cares, is supported by the dealership and has well trained technicians working on my 2013 Escape.
