Transition jerks but service said performing as it should New Car Purchased on Dec 11, 2012 from Freedom Ford Sales: 7505 75 Street, Edmonton, AB, T6C4H8, 780-462-7575 I found my car hesitates when pre New Car Purchased on Dec 11, 2012 from Freedom Ford Sales: 7505 75 Street, Edmonton, AB, T6C4H8, 780-462-7575 I found my car hesitates when pressing gas to accelerate, it won't accelerate as fast as it should be, but delay a moment, then jump forward. It also jerks once a while when driving at constant speed. Mar. 03, 2015, it has a bit jump backward when I drove out of parking lot, I felt dizzy at that moment. The problem was found and sent to service on Feb. 12th, 2014, but did not diagnosed as a problem. Also it has one recall of powertrain calibration done on June 21, 2014. Program 13B17 The same situation is worse now. I went to Freedom Ford on March 04, 2014, the dealer did not diagnose any problem, but charged $110.22 diagnostic fee. I had road testing with shop foreman Grant Daly on March 04, 2015 while I driving my car. Grant Daly felt the jumps and suggested maybe all Ford Fusion work this way. He suggested road testing another similar car to compare at the next day. On March 05, 2015, the dealer did not provided a similar car to testing. I had another road testing with Service Manger Jason Lane with my car driven by him. After road testing, Jason Lane said the Fusion was performing as it should. But my feeling is always bad, it always hesitate and jump when accelerated. More

Before we gone to Freedom Ford we had a couple "ok" and a ton of horrible experiences that had left a sour taste in our mouths, so we weren't expecting to have such a genuinely great one here. Ron Koehler was our salesman and both my husband and I cant say enough as to how much we loved our car buying experience because of him. He made us feel more like family than just another customer that walked through the door. He wasn't your typical "used car salesman", he wasn't pushy he only wanted us to get the best vehicle for our budget and needs, and in the end he did just that. Even Anna from the financing department was super knowledgeable and informative on all the financing options that were available to us. All in all we would recommend anyone that is looking for that vehicle buying experience that goes above and beyond your expectations, Freedom Ford is the place to go! More

Quick & simple purchase for an out-of-town customer I had chosen the used For F150 I wanted from the website. I called FF & was forwarded to Jake. A few days later I flew to Edmonton and took a cab to FF, Jake patiently explained the vehicle's various electronic systems to me, and a hour later I was on my way. Overall, it was the best truck purchasing experience I've had - and the F150 was exactly as advertised, no surprises. More
