In response to your message, yes I was satisfied with how Roxanne sorted the situation out for me. However I do not feel that I had a positive conversation with Jason. In fact I brought up several other concerns. The first was very petty, no new sticker on my windshield. It's a silly little thing I know but feels uncaring and leaves me hoping all my paid for service was actually done. The second concern was that this is the second time that you have had my vehicle for an extra day because the wrong part was ordered. The third was that I was misquoted on my service cost by about $400 when I booked the appointment. This wasn't done by Roxanne and she did call me to let me know about the mistake before starting but it still seems incredibly disorganized and uncaring since I've had my truck serviced there since day 1. The fourth concern was a little less substantial and possibly unfounded but after the window incident I do question it now. When you guys did my brakes (first time ever) the rear rotors had to be replaced which is not typical because usually rotors should not go at the same time as your first set of pads and also it is extremely odd for the rear rotors to wear out before the front. I didn't mic them out myself before bringing it in so this could just be my mistrust but I do suspect someone was a little heavy handed with the brake lathe. After I voiced these concerns he told me not to paint you all with the same brush and I said fair enough as I saw little point in arguing. I don't see how telling me that cleared up any misunderstanding or even pointed to the fact that it was a misunderstanding. So I do feel my review was fair, even slightly on the lenient side.
