My Experience at Freedom Ford I have been to other dealerships in the area, but they have not even compared. I have been a customer of Freedom Ford (which by the way is certainly I have been to other dealerships in the area, but they have not even compared. I have been a customer of Freedom Ford (which by the way is certainly not the closest dealership to me) for a few years. I owned an Explorer previously and have been having it serviced at Freedom Ford. My husband also owns a Ford and he goes there because of their excellent service. As the matter of fact, he researched this dealership before he decided to buy one there. I had wanted to downsize vehicles since my children are now grown up and I have no need for a 7 passenger vehicle. I found my experience with the sales department at Freedom Ford to be just as positive as with the service department. I'm extremely happy with my car. They found me exactly what I was looking for. Ford Shuttle Service Freedom Ford always has amazing service, but for my last visit it was the Shuttle Service that blew my mind. I believe the driver's name was Ken. He also helped me with directions for my commute home during rush hour! (I usually take the bus and I'm pretty new to Edmonton).
