My Experience at Freedom Ford I have been to other dealerships in the area, but they have not even compared. I have been a customer of Freedom Ford (which by the way is certainly I have been to other dealerships in the area, but they have not even compared. I have been a customer of Freedom Ford (which by the way is certainly not the closest dealership to me) for a few years. I owned an Explorer previously and have been having it serviced at Freedom Ford. My husband also owns a Ford and he goes there because of their excellent service. As the matter of fact, he researched this dealership before he decided to buy one there. I had wanted to downsize vehicles since my children are now grown up and I have no need for a 7 passenger vehicle. I found my experience with the sales department at Freedom Ford to be just as positive as with the service department. I'm extremely happy with my car. They found me exactly what I was looking for. Ford Shuttle Service Freedom Ford always has amazing service, but for my last visit it was the Shuttle Service that blew my mind. I believe the driver's name was Ken. He also helped me with directions for my commute home during rush hour! (I usually take the bus and I'm pretty new to Edmonton). 54000 Check of Vehicle Right from when I entered the Freedom Ford the guys put the plastic on the back of the drivers seat and put a paper mat on the floor. Roxanne came ou Right from when I entered the Freedom Ford the guys put the plastic on the back of the drivers seat and put a paper mat on the floor. Roxanne came out with a nice smile on her face (which doesn't happen at other dealerships I have been too) and got the details from the vehicle and we went into the office where Roxanne quickly and efficiently got the paper work together, had me sign and I went to the waiting room (as I prefer to wait for the servicing) and when the vehicle was serviced and ready for me Roxanne came and got me from the waiting room - this I find to be excellent customer service! No overhead paging calling out my name to say that my servicing has been completed and I have to sign off on the paper work and try and find where they parked my car. My car was brought right from the shop to me without any waiting. I had and always have a great experience with Freedom Ford. More
