Roxanne was very professional and made sure every detail of issues i had made it to the correct technician on the floor. My vehicle was returned to me very clean and shows me that the techs take serious pride in their work and its just not a job to them. I highly recommend the full Freedom staff right from sales to financing and service and support. F150 Tune up Took the opportunity to leave my truck into Freedom Ford while we were on a short trip to Seattle. I was in the middle of sorting out flight problems and Freedom was very cheerful and sympathetic with my situation, while t the same time breaking the news of a $600 repair job. They helped me make a comfortable decision and upon my return had my truck all taken care of as well as asked me how I made out on my trip. Overall a pleasant experience and thanks to a good tune up, my truck is running like a top. More
