Roxanne came out with a nice smile on her face (which doesn't happen at other dealerships I have been too) and got the details from the vehicle and we went into the office where Roxanne quickly and efficiently got the paper work together, had me sign and I went to the waiting room (as I prefer to wait for the servicing) and when the vehicle was serviced and ready for me Roxanne came and got me from the waiting room - this I find to be excellent customer service! No overhead paging calling out my name to say that my servicing has been completed and I have to sign off on the paper work and try and find where they parked my car. My car was brought right from the shop to me without any waiting. I had and always have a great experience with Freedom Ford. More

I was in the middle of sorting out flight problems and Freedom was very cheerful and sympathetic with my situation, while t the same time breaking the news of a $600 repair job. They helped me make a comfortable decision and upon my return had my truck all taken care of as well as asked me how I made out on my trip. Overall a pleasant experience and thanks to a good tune up, my truck is running like a top. More
