Terry keeps you coming back for more! We have been a one car family since we both retired 3 years ago. We had never owned a Toyota before. We saw a great deal online for an almost new Ven We have been a one car family since we both retired 3 years ago. We had never owned a Toyota before. We saw a great deal online for an almost new Venza. That's when we met Terry Hoffman, Salesman. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable; he knows his cars. No pressure whatsoever. Dealing with Terry is not like dealing at all, it's more like dropping in on a friend for a coffee and talking cars around the kitchen table. Needless to say, we bought the Venza. Recently we were in for service, and the Prius C caught our attention. We lead busy lives and decided to go back to being a two-car family again and knew exactly who to call. Once again, Terry and Wayne Bowron took good care of us. Also, every time we go for service, we are taken care of promptly, with respect and courtesy.
