I had a appointment at this dealer for a personalized spring package offer involving the cooling system service on March 22, 2014 @ 9:00AM. After I had arrived, I spoke with the service advisor about the spring package offer involving the cooling system service on March 22, 2014 @ 9:00AM. After I had arrived, I spoke with the service advisor about the service coupons which I didn't had at that time, but was told the offer don't exist, the advisor spoke with the service coordinator and came back clueless. I was expecting her to come and speak with me as she was the service coordinator sitting within 15 feet away backing me. I am disatisfied with their action as they refuse to honour the service and sent me away feeling like a liar, I also have the e-mails leading to that appointment. I sent the spring package offer to them as a proof and hope the management and staff are more aware of their offerings. I had much better experience in the past and hope I can rebuild faith in this dealer. More
