We purchased honda 2020 in October 2023 from them worth 42,000$. Our car got stolen and we went to fomula homda today to clear the finance account. And she said that you are asking me to do a fraud and you guys are fraud . She does not know how to speak with their loyal customer like us. She directly said us fruad. What a kind customer service from such authority to use word like fraud. At the time of purchasing our car we went through some serious issue from the dealership , we did not use any single word like scam or fraud. Our saleperson Vijay kumar is also one of them. When we purchased car he was not responding and just aaked us to bring insurance forcefully in order to get car today or tommorrow . He was knowing that our car approval was on hold despite of knowing that he forced us to bring insurance to get our car . I purchased its insurance on 4th October and I got my car on 15 Oct. This is just one of the short example that we faced . There are lot to say. Amy Yang said us Fraud but that entire dealership is doing fraud to us. I am saying entire dealership fruad because we met 3 people today Amy, Vijay and Rahim. Rahim came in between and was very rude and was taking Amy side by not trusting us about the issue that we faced. The only reason I did not put review at the time of purchasing was Nitin Nagpal. He was our financial manager and was very very kind and good. This dealer performs bad business practices with tactics. Conclusion - Never go to Formula Honda. They will scam you at the time of buying and then they will never help or respond. They will use word like FRAUD when it comes to HELP. Please Never talk to Amy , Rahim or Especially Vijay. They will blame you just for the sake of their incentives. More

Purchased a brand new civic 2023 in last July with extended warranty , now it’s making a small radelling noise during driving. Took it for service today . And Paul was telling me this radelling noise is normal thing on new cars. I asked him how come it never had this noise before and paul was telling me well it should have happened earlier.,,don’t understand what kind of rediculas answer and service is that. seriously I was shocked when he said that. After 6hours of trying to fix the problem and they couldn’t figure it out . Now they are saying that this just the way the new cars are now. Ridiculous! Had to escalate to management today. Hoping to find some resolution. Manager Mat agreed that he will look into this and they agreed to follow up with me to book another service appointment.. what are horrible service and experience ..I hope the new civic ‘s radelling noise is not the normal thing like Paul said. After lease buy-out experience is scary - I had leased my Honda CRV in 2018 that was a smooth experience, however in 2023, I continue to be plagued by no-response from Formula Honda Finance division. In Sept Honda CRV in 2018 that was a smooth experience, however in 2023, I continue to be plagued by no-response from Formula Honda Finance division. In September, I had to call several times even to get an appointment to pay the buy-out amount. Finally when I got the date, when I delivered the Bank DRAFT along with original ownership papers, as well paid safety-certification, the Finance Manager would not even meet me. I left the draft and paperwork at reception, and was told to come back after 2 weeks. I am still waiting with 91% Payment made (rest on card on day of receipt as per their instructions), and no ownership transfer papers, leaving voice mails every day for the Finance Manager, Mr. Nicky Chan. Meanwhile Honda Finance is calling me why I have not paid up at the end of lease, however there is no traceability or communication between Honda Finance or the Finance Managers of Formula Honda. More
