I have purchased three vehicles from Formula Honda. On my recent trade in I was promised a complementary remote car starter and my first oil change free. It took repeated calls to them over two months for the car starter and I was refused the free oil change just recently as it was not written into the bill of sale. The sales person told me he would be there the morning I took the car in for oil change but he never showed up. I love Honda but I have become disenchanted with this particular dealer. More

Aaron, my sales rep, provided me with possibly the best customer service I've received in years. Even though there was a dealership that was much closer to me, I opted to go with this one because Aaron wen customer service I've received in years. He treated me like a human being and he stayed away from the smarmy and cliched tactics of other salespeople I've dealt with in the past. Communication was steady but not too frequent, responses to my questions were almost immediate, and Aaron's knowledge of policies and practices was impressive. Since I was attempting to replace a car that had to be written off through insurance, the heightened care and attention to detail was a huge and very welcome benefit. When I went to the dealership, I was looking for a used CRV. With the current market and having looked at many other dealerships, I was expecting a significant markup on any vehicle presented to me. I was greeted by Shan, a sales manager, who was very knowledgeable and informative in presenting vehicle options. To my surprise, the vehicles he showed were VERY close to the value of the car! He, along with Nicky, the finance manager, were thorough in the sales and financing process. I was very thorough with my research and at no time did I feel ripped off by these staff. They ensured that everything that I received and signed off on was in MY best interest. Donnavan, a brand ambassador, was very helpful in delivering the vehicle and explaining all of the features and options. The car was pristine when delivered and they even included brand new winter tires for free! When I had a couple of questions after the sale, I was directed to Kumar, a service manager, who was very helpful and provided complimentary services! All of the aforementioned staff were very friendly and I would recommend these staff members and the dealership to anyone looking for a Honda! More

FAIZAN, our sales representative told us that it'll be ready for pickup the next day. We've made over 10 attempts to contact Faizan. On each occasion, he brushed us off. He told us that he'll deliver it to our home directly (even when we were physically at the dealership) and once told us that he was out of town. On our last attempt to contact him, he had received our message but would not reply. I made an attempt to reach out to the Sales Manager CINDY RAM. I left a message a week ago and received no call back. At this point, I find it pathetic that I'm spending this amount of time on something that should have come with the sale of my car THREE MONTHS AGO. More
