Does not adhere to quality standard Bought a used car that had three evident scratches on it. as part of the negotiations the dealer agreed to repair the scratches at no cost. On pick up, one of the three scratches (largest) was repaired - when questioned as to why the others were not he indicated that they may have missed it and that I should bring it back it. It has been over a month and I am still driving with a scratched up vehicle. I even e-mailed the pictures to the sales rep so it would be clear that it was done on the date of pick up. More

I had a appointment at this dealer for a personalized spring package offer involving the cooling system service on March 22, 2014 @ 9:00AM. After I had arrived, I spoke with the service advisor about the spring package offer involving the cooling system service on March 22, 2014 @ 9:00AM. After I had arrived, I spoke with the service advisor about the service coupons which I didn't had at that time, but was told the offer don't exist, the advisor spoke with the service coordinator and came back clueless. I was expecting her to come and speak with me as she was the service coordinator sitting within 15 feet away backing me. I am disatisfied with their action as they refuse to honour the service and sent me away feeling like a liar, I also have the e-mails leading to that appointment. I sent the spring package offer to them as a proof and hope the management and staff are more aware of their offerings. I had much better experience in the past and hope I can rebuild faith in this dealer. More
