As we were admiring the fantastic lines and shapes of the Explorer, Mr David Johnson , a Formula Consultant came by to greet us. He is very engaging gentleman with incredible knowledge of the features and stats of the SUV. He took us for a Test drive and the Machine just blew us away. It was indeed a real thrill to drive. After that, we negotiated for a few minutes and we then walked out with a beautiful Explorer SUV. This all happened on Friday, late afternoon and David called me Monday afternoon to tell me the Vehicle was ready to go, a day ahead of schedule. formula ford repair scam Service department will do nothing to help,brought my car in under warranty,no issues they said, I told them the car has issues,brought it back one mo Service department will do nothing to help,brought my car in under warranty,no issues they said, I told them the car has issues,brought it back one month later same issues, warranty just up,and now they find all the problems,and won't honor warranty, this is the worst service department, they will only find issues if car is not under warranty,the car went in to lock out mode in the middle of the street well I was driving and they replaced the battery they "Said",that was the problem, even though all the lights where still on, tow truck driver said the battery was fine. Something don't smell right !!!!!,they charged me $230 for a battery that wasn't even the problem,and now want to send me a bill for over 1200.00, after I told them the situation they told me they can take 10 percent off the bill,but they have to add over 100 dollers for an alignment, which pretty much is the same as the ten percent, what a joke,how do people sleep at night,even there own sales department claims there service department is disfunctional,this company cares about one thing how much money they can squeeze out of there customers More

So what was excepted to take 2 hours ended up taking 6 hours why? first of all the service advisor got a few things wrong. It like I never mention roof issue. After I called then I go the update, they never felt to call the customer even after 4 hours. It s like really I have to call you. Never gave her name the service rep nothing. it was like I was brothering her. Never going back, 2014 model. I drive further to get better service. More
