Thanks Rod I have been a loyal Hyundai customer for over 15 years and in particular a customer of the Focus Hyundai dealership on Nairn Avenue. I met sales pers I have been a loyal Hyundai customer for over 15 years and in particular a customer of the Focus Hyundai dealership on Nairn Avenue. I met sales person Rodney Neufeld a couple of years back when I had my previous Hyundai in for regular maintenance. We knew some people in common so got to chatting about life in general. Rod seemed like a great guy and I told him then that when it was time for me to buy a new Hyundai vehicle, I would certainly come to see him. Over the past 2 years I bumped into Rod several times when I was at the dealership and was always amazed that he remembered my name. He always had a kind word and friendly smile, was never pushy and was happy to answer all the questions I had about the variety of new vehicles in the showroom. So when it was time for me to buy a new vehicle a couple of weeks ago, of course I went straight in to see Rod. My final selection is a beautiful 2016 Tuscon 2.0 Luxury AWD. Before I left the dealership with my new Tuscon, Rod thoroughly reviewed the vehicle with me from bumper to bumper to make sure I understood about all the fabulous options that are included. I am thrilled to bits with this Tuscon and will recommend this vehicle (2016 Hyundai Tuscon), this sales person (Rod Neufeld) and this dealership (Focus Hyundai) to everyone who cares to ask me. When I started car shopping I pretty much knew what I wanted, I went to a few dealerships and wasn't having the greatest customer service experience. I found out that at least 4 of my family members had dealt with focus hyundai and loved them so I went there. Rod was very friendly and so helpful. I had my heart set on the 2016 elantra and by the time I was ready to purchase they were out of stock. Rod and the team did everything in their power to get one transferred over to make sure I got the car that was right for myself and my little family. We were in contact everyday for a few days until my car arrived. Rod made sure I got exactly what I needed and so far I am loving my car! I had such a great experience and I understand why my family only deals with focus! Shout out to Doug too who made sure I understood and was comfortable with the whole financial part of the deal. Wonderful experience I am very happy with my new 2016 Elantra,all thanks to Omid and Focus Hyundai.
