I called Youssef and Nissan Roadside Assistance immediately. Roadside assistance was very quick and Youssef was more concerned for my safety. Youssef kept in contact with me until me and my vehicle arrived. A loaner vehicle was ready upon arrival and I was very well taken care of as usual. Arthur told me the repair would be precise and prompt. The repair was very quick, it was explained what happened and what had been done to repair the issue. Days later Youssef followed up with me to make sure everything was okay. I love the service. More
