Great experience start to finish. Had to downsize from a Nissan truck to an older SUV due to the economy. The very well priced Explorer caught my eye on their website, and after test driving a couple of other great vehicles, I decided to go for it. Andy Miller was very patient through lots of questioning by myself, I'm pretty picky! The purchase of the vehicle was a smooth process. Collection day arrived, and I was treated the same way as when purchasing a new vehicle. The 6 year old Explorer was so clean, it could have been brand new. Thanks again, and I'll be back for a new Titan when the economy picks up!! More

He was so arrogant, rude, argumentative, poor communication and people skills, and always shaking his head every time when we talked. We felt humiliated by his approach. He has no mannerism or professionalism in this industry. If we have to deal with him again, we would not choose Fish Creek Nissan. More
