I am very pleased with the way it has been performing and it came in great condition. The dealership gave is a full detailing so when I picked it up it felt and looked like a brand new car. Andy Miller is amazing in the way that he deals with customers, avoiding pressure and being very flexible in terms of my budget. Jake and Jasper were both excellent finance managers, ensuring that the final purchase was smooth as can be and without any strings attached. Appointment to View a Vehicle? Don't bother. When I attempted to view a vehicle and contacted the dealership through their website, they were very quick to call me back, eager for my business. I was ready to buy during that appointment at the posted price. However just an hour before my appointment, I was advised it the vehicle I wanted to look at was conditionally sold. I would have hoped the dealership would respect its potential clients and at the very least, honor its commitments if interest is expressed, instead of seemingly taking the first breathing offer that walks through the door. Either that or I hope this was not a bait and switch tactic. When I expressed this concern, I was told that is not how it works. Adios Fish Creek Nissan. More

Pathetic Customer service I called to purchase 2 cars out of the province. While I was waiting a response, I was told that 1 car is under offer. In about 2 hours I was told tha I called to purchase 2 cars out of the province. While I was waiting a response, I was told that 1 car is under offer. In about 2 hours I was told that the sale has not gone through. Next day, while I was waiting for the response, I was told that 1 car is sold, the other one is still available. The sales consultant wrote me an email admitting the poor level of service. The Sales Manager committed to call back after the snowy weekend, never called back showing a professional customer commitment. The General Manager himself took the charge to sell the 2nd car only to tell that 2nd car has also been sold. Two days after his email that car has been sold, car is still available on their website. Don't know how to rate this dealership, the Sales Manager and even General Sales Manager. More

That's how I met Andy Miller, who knows everything about Nissan cars and is always ready to find the best variant for your wishes and needs. This year I've decided to get a new car as I wanted to buy a SUV. And I honestly tried to cheat on Nissan. :) I had 4 test drives on SUVs from other brands. And finally I came to Fish Creek Nissan to try Rogue (with Andy's help of course). And once I've get into the car and started my test drive I felt like I was driving this car for years. So here I am, driving my brand new Nissan Rogue and I'm totally in love with it! Thank you Fish Creek Nissan and Andy Miller! See you in 5 years :)) More

Customer Service is terrible After dropping off my vehicle for an oil change, I request for a shuttle service, to which I was left behind by the first shuttle because the driver w After dropping off my vehicle for an oil change, I request for a shuttle service, to which I was left behind by the first shuttle because the driver was going the opposite direction... I guess thats understandable. Second shuttle came, the driver insists that I stay and wait for my vehicle to be serviced instead of getting dropped off to work...but I needed to get to work...He argues that its not good for nissan as "It takes them out on the road for too long"...I dont understand why this is the client's problem... Throughout the car ride, the driver seemed to keep insisting that this drive was basically a waste of time for him. As I get off the vehicle, I say thank you for the ride to which I got no response from the driver.... which was extremely rude. Fast forward in the afternoon where I have arranged to be picked up from my work in order to be driven back to nissan, they completely forgot about me. Had I not called in to ask when the shuttle was coming, they would have left me stranded at work with no option to get home. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with the customer service, lots of promises during the "purchasing of my vehicle phase" after that, they treat you like xxxx... Never going back again. I had just bought a brand new truck a few months back so its not like I was an old customer or anything. I guess after they got my money, they completely forgot about all the promises of providing great service. More
