No shuttle bus service on Saturdays I received a letter on the mail for a recall on the safety bag of my 2016 Pathfinder. I schedule the service for a Saturday not knowing they do not I received a letter on the mail for a recall on the safety bag of my 2016 Pathfinder. I schedule the service for a Saturday not knowing they do not offer shuttle service on those days. At the time of the appointment I was not told so. When I arrive at the dealer they told me that there was no shuttle service and I was offered transit ticket instead....I declined as it will take at least one hour to get to my place by transit. I had to cancel my appointment and book it with another dealer since I only have time on Saturdays for so. They lost a sale of minimum $600 dlls as I also booked my vehicle for some aftermarket parts installation. It looks to me that not everybody was busy and somebody could have given me a ride on my own vehicle. Guess not every dealer goes the extra mile. Thanks CD More

I told him what I was looking for and within a few days he had found A car, perfect for what I wanted. He was attentive to my questions, polite and I felt in total control of my decision to buy. I have had my car for about a month now and however perfect it has really been, I have had a couple of questions and each time Don has been amazingly quick to get back to me With answers. After the deal was done, they very kindly gave me brand new floor mats. We have now found that the ones they gave me were not the correct ones, but they immediately ordered the correct ones for me and we will just swap them out when they arrive. I feel that Don Rintoul has completely gone out of his way to make sure I am happy with my purchase and I could not, not recommend him very highly for all the work he has put in. I have to say, that it seemed like all the staff got on well. There seemed to be a very good, cheerful, work atmosphere there too. Just what a customer wants to see. More

He went above and beyond to make sure this was the best choice. Due to previous trucks at other dealerships and issues we were very cautious with this purchase, but Andy was very understanding and made sure the truck was in good running order, detailing job was amazing..Andy even sent out birthday wishes for Kevin's bday.
