Pathetic Customer service I called to purchase 2 cars out of the province. While I was waiting a response, I was told that 1 car is under offer. In about 2 hours I was told tha I called to purchase 2 cars out of the province. While I was waiting a response, I was told that 1 car is under offer. In about 2 hours I was told that the sale has not gone through. Next day, while I was waiting for the response, I was told that 1 car is sold, the other one is still available. The sales consultant wrote me an email admitting the poor level of service. The Sales Manager committed to call back after the snowy weekend, never called back showing a professional customer commitment. The General Manager himself took the charge to sell the 2nd car only to tell that 2nd car has also been sold. Two days after his email that car has been sold, car is still available on their website. Don't know how to rate this dealership, the Sales Manager and even General Sales Manager. More

That's how I met Andy Miller, who knows everything about Nissan cars and is always ready to find the best variant for your wishes and needs. This year I've decided to get a new car as I wanted to buy a SUV. And I honestly tried to cheat on Nissan. :) I had 4 test drives on SUVs from other brands. And finally I came to Fish Creek Nissan to try Rogue (with Andy's help of course). And once I've get into the car and started my test drive I felt like I was driving this car for years. Customer Service is terrible After dropping off my vehicle for an oil change, I request for a shuttle service, to which I was left behind by the first shuttle because the driver w After dropping off my vehicle for an oil change, I request for a shuttle service, to which I was left behind by the first shuttle because the driver was going the opposite direction... I guess thats understandable. Second shuttle came, the driver insists that I stay and wait for my vehicle to be serviced instead of getting dropped off to work...but I needed to get to work...He argues that its not good for nissan as "It takes them out on the road for too long"...I dont understand why this is the client's problem... Throughout the car ride, the driver seemed to keep insisting that this drive was basically a waste of time for him. As I get off the vehicle, I say thank you for the ride to which I got no response from the driver.... which was extremely rude. Fast forward in the afternoon where I have arranged to be picked up from my work in order to be driven back to nissan, they completely forgot about me. Had I not called in to ask when the shuttle was coming, they would have left me stranded at work with no option to get home. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with the customer service, lots of promises during the "purchasing of my vehicle phase" after that, they treat you like xxxx... Never going back again. I had just bought a brand new truck a few months back so its not like I was an old customer or anything. I guess after they got my money, they completely forgot about all the promises of providing great service. More

Youssef is amazing! We just purchased our new Nissan Rogue last week and ran into a small but fixable issue with our SUV. Youssef drove to my work with a loaner vehicle and took my vehicle back to Fish Creek. He dealt with the service department himself and got it fixed by the end of the next day. Youssef goes over and above what I would say a normal saleman would do. When we were first looking for a new SUV we just wanted to test drive a few. He got the SUV's ready for us to test drive and didn't pressure us into buying. He knows his stuff and doesn't make you feel like just another customer. We also dealt with Raj at Fish Creek who was the delivery specialist. Just another wonderful young man who was able to answer all my questions. Raj gave us his business card and said that if we had anymore questions on the Rogue to just contact him and i have. He doesn't make you feel like you are interrupting him - he takes the time to explain what everyting in the SUV does. More

After having visited multiple luxury and domestic dealerships in the days previous, I was bored and exhausted but wanted to check out the Murano. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Shaena, a young, knowledgeable and enthusiastic sales consultant. She worked hard to outline all features of the vehicle, our financial options and involve her manager in anything she needed assistance with - she was willing to humbly lean on her team to get the job done in an honest and timely manner. Tirtha was also outgoing and very welcoming. He made us feel comfortable and that he genuinely cared about our needs. We can say with confidence we were offered the best price the dealership could give us both on our trade in and on a new vehicle. While we didn’t purchase a vehicle .... we will be revisiting the Nissan offering next spring as we’re trying to get another 20,000kms out of our current vehicle. Both Shaena and Tirtha were a treat to deal with and we will be recommending the dealership to our friends and family without hesitation. More

He was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with all the information I needed to buy a car that was right for my needs and budget. There was no pressure, just common sense, information. Then when I got to a point of wanting to change up my vehicle, I contacted him again. He remembered me. That was nice to start with. Again, he gave me the very same, common sense approach, answering my many questions and giving his thoughts on the vehicles that might work for me. Today, I am happily driving my new car, knowing that I can contact him anytime, should I need to and that he is still there, the same, always ready to advise or help with a vehicle. When I first arrived at Fish Creek Nissan I was greeted by one of their sales staff, Taleb Assef. I found Taleb to be very professional and attentive to my exact needs in a vehicle. After we spent sometime assessing what was important to me in a vehicle, I decided on the Qashqai. I was treated very well by the other staff and management.
