We recently visited Alberta on our vacation and rented a Nissan Rogue at the airport for a week. The first couple of days we had the vehicle I thought it was running a bit rough. On the third day I got a message on the dash that a tire only had 25 lbs of air. We were a long way from the rental company and pulled into Fish Creek Nissan (Damaris Santana) and asked if they could help. She immediately had us pull into a service bay and had all of the tires checked. One tire was at 25 psi and one was at 49psi the front tires were at 47psi and 56psi. and the reason for the rough ride. I would like to thanks Damaris and the folks at Fish Creek for their outstanding customer service and for helping us out. We were quite happy with the Rogue for the rest of our vacation. I am a Nissan customer since 1982 and have owned 2x 200SX, 1 X Micra, and Sentra's in 1990, 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2013 x 2, and 2022 (which I am driving now) all purchased or leased from Plaza Nissan in Hamilton Ontario who's service is also exceptional. I booked in my Micra, just to have the new key set to my car - despite the receipt I shown them af payment for key April28. They wanted to charge me $477 for the job!!!! Horrible customer service! They had my car for over two day with no communication, no information, or an attempt to reach me. When I finally got a hold of them (after multiple They had my car for over two day with no communication, no information, or an attempt to reach me. When I finally got a hold of them (after multiple phone calls and multiple voicemails) they mentioned they will call me back (which they never did). Finally on the second day, they mentioned I “missed my appointment” when in fact they did not check the drop off box, and they were making out as it was my fault for missing an appointment. They mentioned they might be able to look at it at if they have time. My car was ready after two days at the end of the second day. To reiterate they had my car for over 35 hours. More
