When entering the dealership Rada Saleh introduced himself and inquired how he could be of assistance. We found Rada to be very professional and extremely knowledgable on all details of both the Murano and Maxima which was very reassuring. He understood that we were undecided as to which vehicle we really wanted, and was very helpful with suggestions as to the attributes of both vehicles, and suggested one of the best ways to help with the decision would be to test drive both vehicles. Throughout the whole process we always felt Rada was acting in our best interests, and wanted us to make the right decision, rather than making a quick sale. This was both refreshing and very much appreciated. We eventually decided to purchase the Murano and finalized the deal with both Rada and your new car sales manager, again this experience was both professional and very pleasant. You were able to locate a white Platinum Murano in Vancouver, again Rada kept in constant touch with us keeping us informed as to it's eta, and date it would be ready for collection. At the time of collection Rada introduced us to Maxim Legault who was equally helpful, knowledgable and professional as to the technical aspects aspects of the vehicle. His explanations of the delearship and his walk through of the vehicle were very informative and extremely helpful. Get there and find that the back drivers side back bumper has scrapes and scratches on it. The sales manager Mikey Maan admitted that this was done in their lot. I went and looked at the pictures of the car on their site and no damage even visible which confirms what he said and that they caused the damage. 2nd. ...They bring out the 2nd set of tires and which are summer Bridgestone Potenza's 19inch.. and the back tires were completely shot. Bald tires. Whoever had this car obviously was doing burn out's before he traded it in. With both of these problems all he could offer is $500 dollars. When pricing out just the back tires $552 plus $90 shipping and whatever installation would cost on top of that. The back bumper damage they were not willing to do anything about that. Worst experience i've had with any dealership. Stay away. Not helpful! More

Young man in the delivery area was very helpful too, explained how everything worked and went through the vehicles item by item without us feeling hurried. One area of concern I felt was the business office. It was an experience, nice people but make sure you ask lots and lots of questions and do not feel hurried and also check each line on your sales contract. With so many options they throw at you, you need to really think of what you need. Total experience, aside from a bit of a business office glitch was very relaxed and easy to deal with. It's fixed, oh it's not fixed. Came in for an oil change and to get them to check/fix tire pressure monitor light being on. Then the attended dropped it off at the front telling me it's all fixed. I got in started it up and tire pressure monitor sensor light was still on the dashboard! More
