I booked an appointment over the phone. The lady said she needed all of my information and serial number because I was a new customer. She said she needed to check to see if there was any r The lady said she needed all of my information and serial number because I was a new customer. She said she needed to check to see if there was any recalls on my vehicle, she said there wasn’t. Checking in took way longer than I thought it should. The process was about 20 minutes. I got a call that my vehicle was ready. When I got there, the service rider went through the order form with me and said that there was a recall on the stereo system, which is one of the reasons that I went in because it was glitching. Although the recall was repaired, I had to question why I was told there was no recalls on the car. He said the receptionist gets a different recall site then the service writers. The writer asked me if I would like a complementary car wash so I said sure. He himself pulled it up to deliver it to me and it was not cleaned. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to give the complementary service that they offered. There were a few other minor issues that were resolved on the spot. I felt that this experience had no format and was rather unorganized. Friendly enough people, though. More
