Happy with my Nissan We thought Andy was great. He was Friendly, knowledgeable & not too pushy. We had trouble finding the used car building. Not realizing there were 2 s We thought Andy was great. Not realizing there were 2 separate sales buildings, we wandered around the 'New' car building and no one approached us to see if we needed help. We Asked reception for Andy & were sent down the lot to find him. We are enjoying the Murano and are happy with our purchase but thought the new car should've been fueled up for us & It would've been a nice touch if you provided a front licence plate holder, as you knew we were coming from BC. Bonny Welygan got back to me on my initial email request within just a few hours and kept me well informed until I arrived at the lot from Lethbridge. I then spent an entire afternoon dealing with Bonny who patiently showed me every possible bell and whistle that my chosen vehicle had to offer. Once I was sure I wanted the car, Bonny acquainted me with all the financial details. At no point did I ever feel as though I were being pressured as can frequently be the case when making such a major purchase. Bonny was professional, knowledgeable and more than capable of looking after her clients without employing underhanded tactics to force them into a purchase. In my case, even once the deal was done to everyone's satisfaction, she was willing to work with me on a number of minor queries. She also went above and beyond,by coming downtown to the bus station in order to pick me up and bring me to the dealership to pick up my new car once all the paperwork was in order.
