My experience with Zake was more than great. He could not have gone out of his way more to help us select our new 2013 Dodge Journey. He always has this great big smile on his face and was really friendly and did not pressure us at all. He gave us all the info on the Journey and how things work from the engine to all the neat gadgets on the inside. When we picked up the car, he spent time with us again to expain how the key bob works and most the touch screen. It is amazing and can do almost anything but make your morning coffee but I am sure that is coming. More

He was friendly, professional, and never pushy or pressuring, which was appreciated. He explained all the features of the Dodge Dart I was interested in and helped me find a model at a nearby Dodge dealership which met my needs, when the current lot model didn't. He was clear and listened to my questions, and patiently answered them all. It was a way less stressful experience than anticipated because of him, and I am grateful. I love my new Dodge Dart. I would actually recommend him to family or friends, and will go back again. :) More

We decided to stop in at Finch Chrysler just to take a look and ended up purchasing a Journey and had gone to two other dealerships to shop around. We decided to stop in at Finch Chrysler just to take a look and ended up purchasing a new car the same day. What made the difference for us was the quality of service that Allan Gales provided. He was friendly and outgoing but by no means pushy. He pointed out features of the vehicle that two other salesmen had failed to show us, making us want to buy even more. We were both very impressed with his knowledge and that he took the time when picking up our car to show us all the controls and to even set up the bluetooth on our phone as well.
