We were looking at buying a new vehicle that had more room then the vehicle we had. We got in contact with Ginny Hansen and told her what we were looking for in a vehicle. Ginny recommended the Dodge G room then the vehicle we had. We got in contact with Ginny Hansen and told her what we were looking for in a vehicle. Ginny recommended the Dodge Grand Caravan which had the room we needed and at a great price we could afford. We told her that we would love to own a Caravan and started the process of the paperwork. We told Ginny that our vehicle had a lien on it for an existing loan. She told us not to worry that she would make sure that we would get the vehicle we needed and be able to trade in the other vehicle. Ginny walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions throughout the process of dealing with the bank and dealership. True to her word it all worked out and we were able to trade in the vehicle and get our new Dodge Grand Caravan. Ginny made us feel like family and treated us like family too. She even stayed after her work day so that she could be there when we received our van and see our family off.
