Very accommodating and enjoyable visit! I had called the finch dealership about a car I had seen on AutoTrader and unfortunately it was already sold. However instead of leaving it at that, t I had called the finch dealership about a car I had seen on AutoTrader and unfortunately it was already sold. However instead of leaving it at that, the head of the used vehicle department (whom I was speaking too) took the time to ask about what it was I was looking for in a vehicle. He let me know that he would definitely find the car for me and that he would have one of his employees email some options of what was available. Instead of just saying 'nope, I don't have that car anymore' and leaving it at that, he was confident he could still find something I would like just as much. John emailed me right away with options and made sure that everything I was wanting in my first car was accommodated. The car I bought was not from that specific location of Finch, however, John went above and beyond to pick up the car himself so I could check it out. I couldn't be happier with my car and the service I received. If I have or had any questions or concerns John was quick to get back to me and help me out. They are very friendly, professional, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I also liked that they were able to answer most if not all my questions with certainty on the spot. The occasional question that i had and Ginny couldn't answer, she responded same day, which is fantastic! Ginny has also kept in touch before, during and even three years after buying my first vehicle. Now THAT is customer service! I certainly wasn't buying the most expensive car on the lot, yet they both made me feel like I was their best customer.
