A great learning experience! I had been looking into buying a new vehicle (my first auto loan!) as my 2002 Chevrolet Blazer was falling apart. I initially researched reviews regar I had been looking into buying a new vehicle (my first auto loan!) as my 2002 Chevrolet Blazer was falling apart. I initially researched reviews regarding the Finch dealership in London using Google and various sites; I learned that Finch had a good reputation so I decided to stop in and enquire about a 2011 Cruze that I had found while browsing their website. After an abundance of research and informal discussions with Josh, Richard and Mandy, I decided that the 2011 Cruze wasn't for me. The payments were too expensive and my insurance was out of the roof! A few days later I received a call from Mandy informing me of a killer deal she had recently discovered for me. The next day I went into the dealership to speak with Josh and Mandy about this new car and deal. The car discussed was a 2015 Malibu LS that had recently been traded into the dealership. The best part about this was that it was an amazing car (nicer and newer than the 2011 Cruze) and my payments were going to be cheaper along with my insurance!!! It was a deal that I couldn't pass up and I can't thank Mandy enough for her superior customer service that guided me into purchasing my first vehicle. It was a pleasure. What I learned from this was to never purchase the first vehicle you lay your eyes on; there will always be a better deal. People like Josh and Mandy surely helped me to realize this! Thank you!
