I purchased my 2010 Cadillac SRX in March 2011 and the experience has been as easy and trouble free as you can ask for. Jordin Finch personally handled my transaction from start to finish and gave me a great deal, even going so far as to include several hundred dollars of accessories for free that I wasn't expecting. Fast forward a few months to my first experience with service and Tim Polley went above and beyond to take care of me. Overall, a very satisfying experience and the vehicle has been wonderful and trouble free. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back when it's time for my next vehicle. More

I bought a used car and within a few weeks it would just stop running. Then start up after about 5 minutes. Sometimes it was on the 401, in front of buses, in intersections.... After taking it back to th stop running. Then start up after about 5 minutes. Sometimes it was on the 401, in front of buses, in intersections.... After taking it back to the dealer 7 times, they told me they couldn't fix it, which just happened to be when the warrenty expired. GM Canada was no help either. They did offer to buy it back at 60% of what I just paid for it. Not likely. It turned out to be just a crankshaft sensor that cost a few hundred dollars. Any good dealership AND/OR GM should have figured it out!! Never ever again will I deal with Brian Finch or GM. Be prepared, be carefull or buy from a quality company. More
